How I got here

I started on the rental side, placing tenants in apartments for NYC landlords. That work taught me what owners deal with every day: vacancies, turnover, showings around tenants, and the numbers that decide whether a building is worth keeping.

Now I help those same owners decide whether to sell, and when they do, I handle the sale from pricing to closing.

How I work with owners

• Numbers first. You get a free sell-vs-hold snapshot before we talk about anything else.
• Your call. Keep it, sell now, or plan a sale for later. All three are good answers.
• Your rules. You decide how widely your property is marketed: private, quiet, or full.
• Tenants handled. I schedule showings around your tenants and keep them informed.
